Source Elements Accounts, Application Handles and Support ID

When interacting with our Source Elements products, you will have created several accounts and use other pre-existing ones. Below is a comprehensive list of the account types and where they are used.
Source Elements account or username
The Source Elements account is your main account, which you will use to access:
- Your personal dashboard (https://dashboard.source-elements.com/)
- The Academy website (https://academy.source-elements.com/)
- The Source Elements Store (https://store.source-elements.com/)
- All Source Elements products which require a login (also known as the product “handle”).
You can find it here, in your Dashboard profile:
Customer Support ID or Support ID
Your customer support ID (identification number) is the 6-digit ID in your Source Elements account, which determines whether or not you are eligible for support. When contacting the support team via phone, you will need the 6-digit ID for the agents to be able to identify you, although they can also check using your Source Elements account or username. Support contracts are associated with the iLok account that matches your account.

iLok Account
Your iLok account is the account you will use to activate and use the Source Elements products which require an iLok account. The email for your iLok account and your Source Elements account needs to be the same.
You can either find it at https://www.ilok.com/#!home, or at https://dashboard.source-elements.com/products if you have already linked it to your account.
