Your account will be made inactive for the purposes of Support communications if you do not have a current software license or support contract.
What does this mean?
While you can still use Source Elements software using this account, you will not be able to connect to support for live assistance via Source-Connect or telephone. You are still welcome to contact us by email.
By purchasing any Source Elements software or support contract your account will be reactivated.

I have a valid license
If you have a valid license on another iLok account you are using you should register this iLok to activate your account. To do this, sign into your account dashboard and see the Licenses section.
