Passkey incorrect

Description
When users try to join a web broadcast session on the Source-Nexus Gateway, they receive the following error message:
Reason
The passkey you have entered is incorrect, or the host has changed the password for the session.
Actions
First, try to enter the password again as sent by the host. Make sure your caps lock is not on, just in case.
If you were kicked out during the session, or have verified that the password is correct, contact the host just in case the password for the session was changed.
If the problem persists, please contact our support team.
