How to fix the black screen when streaming VLC on Source-Live Pro LL
When opening Source-Live Pro: Low Latency, some users are seeing a black screen when attempting to stream a VLC screen. If you are facing the following error, follow the steps below:
- Close the ""Window Capture"" menu in Source-Live.
- Open VLC.
- Go to Tools > Preferences.
- In the Video section, set ""Output"" to ""OpenGL video output"".
- In the Input & Codec Settings section, set ""Hardware-accelerated decoding"" to ""Disable"".
- Restart VLC.
- Re-open the ""Capture Window"" menu.
The application will now display the content correctly.
