Update failed: A newer version of Source-Connect is already installed.

Description

When users attempt to update their Source-Connect application, they receive an error message saying the update failed.

Cause

A newer version is already installed on your machine - this happens if the installation occurred in a different directory.

Actions

In order to fix this error message, uninstall all Source-Connect 4 versions you have and install the Source-Connect 4 version - you can find it in the user dashboard page.
