ERROR#506: Process failed, please contact the Requester

Description
When users start a Restore/Replace session, they get an error message saying the process failed and they should contact the requester.
Reason
There was an error when processing the files for the restore/replace process.
Actions
Please contact the requester again before attempting the restore/replace; they might have closed Source-Connect before the recording was restored/replaced.
If the problem persists, contact Support.
