WARNING#300: Device permissions error 
Microphone permissions needed

Source-Connect | Version 4 | All Operating Systems 

Description

When users open Source-Connect 4, they get a warning message letting them know the application does not have microphone permissions.

They are able to continue with the session, but no audio comes out of Source-Connect.

Reason

Source-Connect 4 needs to be granted microphone access.

Actions

In order to resolve this warning, try the following steps

1. Go to System Preferences > Security and Privacy.
2. Scroll down to “Microphone”.
3. Check the box next to “Source-Connect 4”.
4. Restart Source-Connect.

Keep in mind that not granting microphone permissions will result in error 301. To resolve this one, you will need to follow the same steps as described above.
