ERROR#203: Network service error
Cannot connect to relay servers

Description

When users attempt to connect to a user via Source-Connect 4, they receive an error message saying they cannot connect to the relay servers.

Reason

A connection to the relay servers is not possible. This might be caused by:

1. You might have multiple IPs (for example, due to virtual machines).
2. Corporate network & firewalls.

Actions

In order to fix this error:

• Allow connections to relay IPs in the local and/or corporate firewall.
• Check the support status in case of a service error.
