Cannot connect to <username> due to network error on port <port>

Description
When users attempt to connect to a user via Source-Connect 4, they receive an error message saying they cannot connect to their connection partner.
Reason
Cannot connect to user via P2P or via TURN servers when using a specific port (Level2/3).
Actions
In order to resolve this issue:
- Allow connections to the API IPs in the local computer firewall or corporate firewall.
