Cannot connect to <username> due to network error

Description
When users attempt to connect to a user via Source-Connect 4, they receive an in-line error next to the user they are trying to connect saying “#200 error”:
Reason
Occurs when the user cannot establish a connection either via P2P or via Source-Stream relay
Actions
In order to resolve this issue:
- Allow connections to the API IPs in the local computer firewall or corporate firewall.
- Check the support status in case of a service error.
