Description
When users try to log out of the application, they receive a warning message saying “You are in an active connection”.
Reason
You are still on a call with a Source-Connect user; this requires for you to stay logged in.
Actions
Avoid logging out of the application while on a call. If it is absolutely necessary to log out, disconnect from the call first.
