Description
When attempting to log into Source-Connect, or during a session, users get the following warning message:
Reason
There are two probable causes:
- You are already logged in on another computer.
- The network is being disconnected. The message usually pops up because you might have been on wifi and running ethernet while launching Source-Connect.
Actions
For the first scenario, make sure to log off in all instances of Source-Connect you might have open.
For the second scenario, check whether you had both WiFi and Ethernet while launching Source-Connect. In that case, disable one of them (preferably the WiFi) and restart the application. Run Source-Connect while only on ONE of them.
