Cannot connect to connectivity servers

Description
When users attempt to open Source-Connect 4 or connect to a different user, they get an error message saying “Cannot connect to connectivity servers”.
Reason
You computer is having trouble connecting to the STUN servers used by Source-Connect 4.
Actions
In order to resolve this issue:
- Allow connections to STUN IPs in the local and/or corporate firewall.
- Check the support status in case of a service error.
