The Logs panel in Source-Connect 4
The Logs tab in Source-Connect 4 contains all of the information related to your Source-Connect application (past of present) and the quality and manner of your connection sessions.
You can view them live during your call to monitor all types of connection events, including:
- Connections sent, received, missed, or disconnected at specific times.
- The detailed settings of the calls (including the connection mode - peer-to-peer, or otherwise).
- Any possible quality degradation events, related to your audio or your network (ranging from connection failures and lost calls to reconnections).
These are particularly useful when reporting an issue to the Source Elements support team, when investigating whether your issues are a single occurrence or have occurred in the past.
