Activation Error - Source-Connect 3.8

This software cannot be run because the activation experience thinks the authorization was found, but the wrapper could not verify it.

Description

When users try to open Source-Connect 3.8 on Windows after activating it, they receive the following error message. 

Cause

Your system's clock is incorrect (pointing to a past time and date).

Actions

On Windows:

1. On your Start Panel, type in "date and time".
2. Select "Change the date and time".
3. If you have "Set time automatically" off, turn it on.
4. Make sure your time zone is also set to automatic.
5. If you have it automatically, click "Sync now" under "Synchronize your clock" to discard any synchronization issues.
