Installing and Uninstalling Source-Connect on Mac
Download the latest available software from the Downloads section of the User Dashboard webpage.

Once you have the software downloaded, open the DMG installer and follow the instructions. If you want to install the Source-Connect I/O, make sure to check the “DAW Plug-Ins” box and select the appropriate formats. All plug-ins are installed by default. Allowing Local Network Access on macOS Sequoia
When first installing Source-Connect 4, you will see a prompt requesting you to grant Source-Connect access to find devices across local networks. Make sure you click “Allow” if you want to use Source-Connect I/O - otherwise, the plugin will not appear as an option in the input/output dropdown.
If you have already denied access, here is how you can grant the access:
1. Go to System Settings > Privacy & Security and select “Local Network”:
2. In the applications list, find the Source-Connect 4 icon and toggle the slider:
3. Restart Source-Connect 4.
Uninstalling Source-Connect on Mac
To uninstall, we recommend using the installation file and, in “Installation Type” selecting “Uninstall”. This will remove any preferences and unnecessary files from your computer as well. You can also go to the Applications folder on your Mac and drag and drop the Source-Connect icon into the trash.
