  • Pro Tools: according to the system compatibility chart, ProTool is not yet qualified for macOS 15 (Sequoia).
  • Reaper: according to Reaper's technical requirements section, the latest version is compatible up to macOS 14 (Sonoma).
  • Studio One: there are no updates in the PreSonus' compatibility section about macOS Sequoia.

Installers on Sequoia

As of macOS Ventura, there is, among other things, a new privacy option called “App Management” for certain installers. Some of the Source Elements products might display the following message when being installed on macOS Sequoia:

If you click “Don't Allow”, you will get an error message saying the installation failed. In order to avoid the error message:

  1. Go to System Settings > Privacy & Security.
  2. Scroll down to “App Management”.
  3. Click the “+” sign.
  4. Search for the installer on your local machine and add it to the list.
