Video Settings for Source-Live Pro LL
This article is part of the Source-Live Pro LL User Guide
The video section of the Settings panel controls the video settings for your stream: the frames per second (FPS) and quality. These settings cannot be changed while broadcasting.
- Frame rate(FPS): configure the number of frames per second; by default, this setting will be 30. The higher the frame, the higher video quality. The amount of FPS has a direct impact on CPU usage as well. Keep in mind that unless your viewers have high-refresh rate screens (as high as the FPS), they will not be able to display additional frames.
- Quality: to give your viewer the best viewing experience, change the quality of your stream’s video. By default, 1280x720 will be selected, but you can select other options based on their viewing conditions. The maximum video quality is 1920x1080; if there are any displays (primary or otherwise for multi-screen setups) above that resolution, Source-Live will limit the resolution to 1920x1080.
