The signal that comes into Source-Connect is lower than expected when using Source-Nexus on a DAW on a Windows machine.

Description

When users place Source-Nexus on their DAW and route audio into Source-Connect, the signal is much lower than expected.

Actions

On your Windows machine:

1. Right click the volume icon in the task bar.

2. In the list that come sup, click the “Open Volume mixer” option.

3. In the list of devices, search for Source-Nexus and make sure that the volume is all the way up. On some occasions, the volume gets turned down by Windows.
