Description
When attempting to add a port forwarding rule on an Eero router, users are getting this error message.
Cause
This is a bug on the Eero mobile app. The NAME field gets checked for the data being “a number between 0 and 65535" instead of the PORT field.
Actions
The solution, for now, is to name the rule with a number (such as “12345” or “6000") and save.
