Description
When users attempt to open Source-Connect 4 or connect to a different user, they get an error message saying “You have lost internet access”.
Reason
There is no internet access on the selected network interface.
Actions
In order to resolve this issue, choose another network interface, if available.
If the problem persists, contact Support.
