Source-Connect 4 is a significant update to Source-Connect 3 that extends the capabilities where audio professionals can record remotely over the internet with precision and confidence. Source-Connect 4 is a software application with bundled workstation plugins for MacOS and Windows that is used for real-time studio-quality audio and data streaming. A full feature set covers every modern workflow when working with remote audio and video timelines, with LTC/MTC support and automated source file retrieval to ensure perfect recordings regardless of network conditions. With the AAC ELDv2 codec from Fraunhofer and reinforced with a private, secure, globally-distributed cloud architecture, Source-Connect 4 ensures excellent streaming connectivity even in the most remote locations, and supports enterprise IT requirements. Source-Connect 4 also features three new license types that take over from Standard, Pro and Pro X: Talent, Studio and Facility.

Faster Transfer Process with Replace Feature: Our Replace feature is now cloud-based, significantly speeding up the transfer process. Reconnection logic: In this build, we've implemented the reconnection logic for your convenience. We kindly ask you to test the following scenario:
Establish a connection and open the 'Connections' tab.
Disable the internet on one side of the connection.
When the 'reconnecting' text appears, enable your internet again.
Wait for Source-Connect to re-establish the connection.
[Fix] Contact List Loading with Large Amount of Contacts: Some users encountered application freezing due to a large number of contacts. We've addressed this in the current build.
