Microphone not showing up in Source-Connect or Logic or apps not prompting for permission to access the microphone
There is sometimes a permissions issue in Mac OS. macOS sometimes seems to block microphones without asking if the program needs permission to access the mic like it should. This results in the microphone not showing up in apps that it should such as logic or source-connect for example.
in terminal type “tccutil reset Microphone” - then hit enter.
If that does not work try:
Does the terminal command resolve it? Permission issue
