Source Elements operates the Source-Nexus® Gateway add-on for Google Calendar™, which provides the SERVICE.

Source Elements wishes to be clear about our use of your Google user data. The Source-Nexus Gateway add-on for Google Calendar™ accesses and reads your Calendar events with the purpose to create your Source-Nexus Gateway link and write this link to your events, so that your guests can easily find and connect with you using the Source-Nexus Gateway video conference service. The Source-Nexus Gateway add-on will listen for any changes to your Calendar events to manage, create and delete scheduling changes. The only personal data that the Source-Nexus Gateway add-on requires is your profile email. 

Compliance with Google API Services and Limited Use Policy 

This app complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy. This app and privacy policy and use of Google user data obtained via Restricted and Sensitive Scopes complies with the Limited Use Policy found at https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy. 

The Source-Nexus Gateway add-on use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements found at https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy.
