Description
When users attempt to log into the Source-Connect Now web application, they see the following pop-up.
After entering their credentials, the pop-up is displayed again. If the users cancel, they are just redirected to the dashboard.
Cause
Under investigation.
Actions
In order to fix the error message:
- Log into the Source Elements dashboard: https://dashboard.source-elements.com/
- Navigate to the Source-Connect Now page again.
- If you are not logged in automatically, cancel the credentials pop-up twice.
You will now be logged into Source-Connect Now.
