Source-Connect and Apollo interface
This article contains troubleshooting informationThere is a known issue with Apollo interfaces and Source-Connect on some systems, where users can log in initially, but if they log out or quit, the following login attempts all freeze after the credentials are entered.
Users must force quit and need to uninstall or wipe their preferences to open Source-Connect again.
Cause
A high output number is being used on a Universal Apollo interface. Anything above Output 1 & 2 will cause this issue.
Actions
In order to resolve this issue, set the Source-Connect output to Apollo Output 1 & 2.
