Security Recommendations for Source-Connect Sessions

The following recommendations are suggested for secure connections between facilities.
- Utilize the latest version of Source Connect Pro (currently 3.9 for MacOS).
- Maintain a service contract with Source Elements.
- Implement Source-Stream functionality. This means, being configured to login using a Source-Stream server:
Manage Network Security
Your IT staff will need to allow UDP traffic between yourself and your chosen Source-Stream server. The network information can be sent to you by the support team. Please email support asking for the information.
Source-Stream is not currently supported for Windows.
