To log into the Source-Nexus Gateway using a sub-account, follow the steps below:

1. Go to https://nexus.source-elements.com.
2. Click the Log In button - you will be directed to the user dashboard page to log in.
3. Enter your sub-account handle in the "Username" field. This will always be something similar to mainaccount*subaccount. For example, armel_harlow*acct1.
4. Enter your password and click "Login". You will be directed back to the Source-Nexus Gateway.
5. Click Start Session or Join Session, as needed.
• If you are joining a session, you will need to have the passkey for the broadcast as provided by the broadcaster.
• If you are starting your own session, we recommend familiarizing yourself with the broadcast controls.

Key Considerations

To be able to log into Source-Nexus Gateway using a sub-account, you must have assigned the sub-account its own Source-Nexus Suite license. A main account and a sub-account cannot share one license.
