The Se ReWire plugin (necessary to use RTS) on Windows versions of Source-Connect 3.x is 32-bit only and thus will not show up in 64-bit DAWs such as Pro Tools 11 and higher. However, it is possible to use the ReWire 64-32 Bridge application to create a 64-bit version of Se ReWire which will make it usable in 64-bit DAWs.
