OFF: FTP validation failed

Description

After entering FTP details, Q Manager displays the following error message: 

Cause

The FTP details you entered in Q Manager are incorrect.

Actions

Click the "Edit" button next to the VPN login mode and enter a valid FTP Server, login, password and FTP directory. 

The status of Q Manager will then be updated to "Offline". After a few seconds, the status will be updated to "ONLINE".
