Description
When attempting to validate the FTP server settings, users get the following error message. 
Cause
The username/password combination you entered in the FTP Server is incorrect.
Actions
In order to fix the error message:
- Set "Login mode" to "Manual".
- Click the "Edit" button.
- Uncheck "Use settings from server".
- Enter the correct username/password combination.
- Click "Validate".
- After the validation, click "Save".
