When pinging an IP address on Source-Connect, users get the following error message:
Your IP address and the IP address you have entered for your connection partner are the same.
Double check your or your connection partner's IP address. If you are on the same VPN, you will at least have a different port number. if in doubt, contact your IT department to make sure you have entered the correct addresses.
