Error 160: Unable to send message to <IP Address> (Error description)

Description

When users try to send an IM message when using VPN mode, they get an error message saying the message cannot be sent (error code 160).

Cause

• The other side has disconnected unexpectedly.
• Network congestion

Actions

Send logs to tech support. You can find them by going to /<your user-home>/Library/Logs/Source-Connect.log
