Description

When users click the "SEND" button and then the play button to send an RTS request to the user, they receive the following error message:

Cause

The user with "SEND" option sent an RTS request to the user who hasn't selected "RECEIVE" option.

Actions

Have the user select the "RECEIVE" option.
