Description
When performing a Restore/Replace process, users see an error message saying "IO operation failed".
Reason
This is a read/write process failure. It might be caused by the target drive being full or unmounted, or it might be a hardware error.
Actions
In order to resolve this problem:
- Check if the watch folder you have selected is accessible - check, for example, if you have selected an external hard drive, for example, or a system folder with no write access.
- If you have selected an external drive, try using a local drive instead and see if the problem persists.
- Then, check if there is space available on the watch folder you have selected for the Restore/Replace process.
