WARNING#309: Sub-optimal sample rate settings detected
This article contains troubleshooting informationWARNING#309: Sub-optimal sample rate settings detected
Your current output sample rate of {output device sample rate value} does not support all available error-correction methods. If network stream quality issues occur, this can result in more audible dropouts. It is recommended to use 48khz or 96khz for the best stream quality.
Source-Connect | Version 4 | All Operating Systems
Description
When users select an output device and start a session, they get a warning message saying the sample rate of their output device does not support all correction methods.
Reason
The sample rate settings for your device are not set to 48khz or 96khz.
Actions
You can continue with the current settings, this is just a warning message. While Source-Connect 4 will continue correcting audible “pops”, we still suggest that you change your settings to 48khz or 96khz as it will give better results and thus better experience.
