ERROR#100: Network service error 
Cannot connect to API servers

Description

When users attempt to open Source-Connect 4 or connect to a different user, they get an error message saying “Cannot connect to API error #x”.

Reason

You computer is having trouble connecting to the Source Elements API.

Actions

In order to resolve this issue:

• Allow connections to the Source Elements API IPs in your local computer firewall or corporate firewall.
  • First, send a message to our support@source-elements.com team for access to the Network Services document. In there, you will see a list of services to whitelist if you are on a corporate firewall.
• Check the support status in case of a service error.
