The host username does not exist

Description

When users try to join a web broadcast session on the Source-Nexus Gateway, they receive the following error message:

Reason

The host username you have entered is incorrect, or the host sent you an incorrect username.

Actions

First, check the username you entered just in case there is a typo. Usernames are not case sensitive, so that should not make a difference.

If the issue is not resolved, contact the host just in case the username they sent you was incorrect.
