Description

When users try to log in as hosts to start a session, they get the following error message

Reason

The username/password combination you have entered is incorrect.

Actions

Try reviewing the username and password you entered (usernames are not case sensitive, but passwords are). Keep in mind that your username is your Source Elements username (the same you use for the user dashboard, and the password is also the one you enter for the user dashboard (not the passkey for the session).
