ERROR#502: Data warning
The AR/AR process cannot complete because the AR/AR data is not found.

Description
When performing an AutoRestore/AutoReplace, users get an error message in the “Recorded files” section of the Restore/Replace tab:
Reason
This error can have two causes:
- The uploader (your connection partner) has logged into a machine that is different from the machine where the original data was.
- The uploader (your connection partner) has deleted the original data.
Actions
If the error has been caused by logging into a different machine, ask your connection partner to log into the same machine where they originally held the call from.
If this has been caused by the data being deleted, the only possible solution is for them to attempt to recover the original data on their end.
