Cannot connect to media servers

Description
When users attempt to open Source-Connect 4 or connect to a different user, they get an error message saying “Cannot connect to media servers”.
Reason
You computer is having trouble connecting to the LiveSwitch media server IPs Source-Connect uses.
Actions
In order to resolve this issue, allow connections to LiveSwitch media server IPs in the local and/or corporate firewall.
You can contact the support team in order to get a document with the IPs you need to whitelist.
